Wednesday

Breakfast - Orange Bread, pluot & cream cheese.
I'm not sure what the cream cheese was for, other than protein, but it wasn't an enhancement on the orange bread.. The orange bread was wonderful when warmed in micro for 15 sec's. So I saved the cream cheese and the pluot for later.

Lunch - Spring salad (mixed greens) with cut up chicken breast (I dont even have to cut it up!) and mandarin oranges with a pouch of Raspberry dressing (more than needed) I carried it all separate with ice, and then added it all to a bowl with a seal and shook it to evenly distribute the dressing... worked quite well. Oh yes, a package of flatbread too... small ones, but enough carbs for the body. And then the tomato juice. Hmm do I DRINK this? Ok... will do. There's not much so I can get it down.. just like a V-8, right?
I guess I'll have the pluot for dessert....later. Cream cheese... still holding. (less calories, right?)

Dinner -
cheesy al-dente wheat pasta lightly covered with tomato sauce, with a mixed vegetable blend and sundried tomato hardroll. It was Ok. (pasta was a little too al dente for me.. but close)
