Tuesday:
Breakfast:
- 1/2 whole wheat bagle
- cream cheese
- juice: orange pineapple juice. (yumm )

This was a really tasty breakfast and filling too.

Lunch -
Spinach salad with large cubes of cheddar and white cheese (good protein)
Large soft breadstick
Brownie - which served as a good afternoon snack with skim milk.

Dinner -
Lasagna and brussel sprouts and 1/2 spiced pear! - I had taken these out of the black tub container they came in, and put them in corning ware and anchor hocking bowls with rubber lids. This worked well not only for travel, but for heating them up.

Dinner was challenging, not because of the food, but fixing it... I was driving up to Chicago to visit my daughter...

I stopped in Pontiac to get cash for their toll roads and realized it was dinner time... so I purchased a bottle of Unsweetened iced tea at the Shell station, and asked if I could use their microwave to warm up my dinner. They were very nice and said they didn't mind.
So I nuked the lasagna and brussel sprouts and had my dinner in the parking lot. I was surprised how good the lasagna was... with real Ricotta Cheese.

The pear I saved for a later nite snack. It was great.
