Thursday:

Weighed in this morning, and found I had lost 10-1/2 lbs since starting this plan. Yay!

Breakfast seemed slim.. small slice of banana nut bread and a pluot (fruit) - so I warmed the bread in the microwave, and had it with one of the glasses of milk for the day. Saved the fruit for later.
It made a good mid morning snack while working.

Lunch was yummy... Baked potato with a slice of cheddar cheese and turkey chili. Could have used some chili spice... didn't taste much like chili. But it was good..


Dinner - well I picked up meals today for the rest of the week... and i still had the dinner I had missed while i was up in Chicago... so I opted to eat it: Turkey Tetrazinni... WOW.. it was great! Also served with it were 3 THICK slices of Sweet Potato - which I love, and i didn't even mind eating it without butter, cinnamon or sugar... they were good. And there was a small cup of pears, which I saved for a later snack.

Well I've completed 2 weeks now... and I must say, I'm doing MORE than Fine.
