Monday

Oh My Gosh! I haven't blogged since Thursday??? I don't think I can remember back to Friday. :-( So I'm starting with today...

Breakfast was a healthy, crunchy pumpkin flax cereal mix, that I did enjoy with skim milk poured over it.

Lunch - some sort of southwest cold pasta salad with bowtie pasta, kidney beans, corn, salsa, red onion, green onions, garlic, cumin, chili powder and red bell pepper mixed together with some salad dressing... not bad actually, and then a small piece of dessert, i think was bread pudding...

Dinner, I have to pick up, but I hear it's Meatballs and Noodles! TTYL

the times i falter are when stress is high, and i find i need 'comfort food', or when plans suddenly change and i can't get home to get 'my food'. but i have been doing real well at restaurants in choosing the healthy items...and i try to not eat the portion size they bring.. they are HUGE. So I'm maintaining... now this week... back to the Plan.. .for more loss. I'm holding steady at 10 lbs off.. now for 20 !
