Monday:
Breakfast
Granola, Raspbery yogurt and a Pluot (fresh fruit)
The yogurt was quite light on sweetener (tart would be a better word) and the granola was too much for the yogurt, so you may want to eat some of that with your milk...
The pluot was a good late-morning-snack.
Lunch
- Barley soup had some "meat" in it... and came with oyster crackers..they helped provide FILLING. Very good soup. These recipes are great, I wonder if they'll share...
The apple will be a good afternoon snack and since I dont know if there is a snack in my dinner yet, I'll save the oatmeal raisin cookie. Hmm that wasn't on the list... where'd that come from?
One thing is for sure; they use Excellant packaging. You almost need scissors to open these plastics. I strongly suggest getting little glass containers (like my Anchor Hocking ones) to store and heat your food in. The tops of the plastic containers DO NOT hold up to heat.
See ya tomorrow!
(Did I mention I lost SIX pounds???)
