Monday - The beginning of Week THREE [Can you believe it?!]
Breakfast:
Pineapple juice with a cheese filled omlette. (And I DO mean FILLED)
This omlette was light and fluffy... and cheese OOoozed out of it... creful to not nuke it oo long.. 1.5 mins is fine. Wow. Double dose of protein too!
Lunch:
I had a great lunch... Small baked potato, turkey breast, and a handful
of veggies: zucchini, grape tomatoes & green pepper (2 pieces of each) I cut up all of them into small pieces and dipped each one in the Dill Dip they included.. Really good!
What a great idea.
Picked up food tonite and I had one dinner left over from last week... so I decided to eat it, and not waste it.
Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cabbage and creamed corn.
Sounds good, right? Wellll... let's say this is the first meal (dinner) I truly did not like. The potatoes and corn were fine... good even. But the cabbage, diced up in tiny pieces, was so bland... it really needs seasoning... Note To Self.. next time, add seasoning... and the turkey meatloaf... not great. But small, so I ate it quickly... owell... the rest of the food today was really good.. so.... onward.
